Almighty Summoner System

Carmen stared at Mr. Leon suspiciously. She knew that not every person has a Preservation Box. After all, it was not a common item that one could pick up on the streets as if picking trash. 

However, she could just not imagine how someone like him, who obtained two Red Hermit Termite's eyes, didn't have any. After all, she knew Joana very well, and basing on the tone of her voice, she most likely loved the Item she just received or she wouldn't have that kind of excitement in her voice. 

Just as Ban was about to tell her that he got something better than the Preservation Box- the Dimensional Storage Earring, Joana beat him to it as she said, "Carmen, stop asking things and just state the price already!" 

Carmen was taken aback by Joana's outburst, but nevertheless, she knew her friend quite well and she knew she won't act like that without reason. "Alright, 2 Years old Glass Ginseng, that would be 10 Gold Coins." 

Ban nodded his head after hearing the price and he was even surprised that it was actually cheaper than what he initially thought. 

He waves his hand and immediately retrieves 10 Gold Coins from the pouch he got earlier. 

Seeing the Gold Coins materialize on Ban's hands out of thin air, Carmen could not help but gasp in surprise. 'I see, I get it now! No wonder he doesn't have any Preservation Box. He doesn't need any with that Dimensional Storage Ring in his possession!' 

She calmed herself so that she won't appear rude in front of him. She straightened her face before producing the best smile she could make to appear more presentable. However, due to her dark eye bags and messy appearance, it produces the opposite reaction from the observers. 

Even Ban who does not know the concept of beauty was able to tell that her current appearance, paired with that smile, was a little terrifying. 

Ban handed the 10 Gold Coins to her while she also did the same for the Glass Ginger. 

Upon contact of the Glass Ginger, the Almighty Summoner System immediately recognized it and updated his Mission details in an instant.

The Glass Ginger as what its name suggested has a smooth and glossy appearance just like a glass. The one on Ban's hand was the whole ginseng and not just the root or the leaf. 

After observing it, Ban directly stored it inside his Dimensional Storage with a wave of his hand. 

Seeing his actions, the three people around him could only stare in envy. However, they did not dare to covet it, especially Joana and Carmen who clearly know what it implies by having a Dimensional Storage Ring in one's possession. 

Pak!

A slap suddenly awakened Carmen from her momentary trance. When she turned around, she realized that it was Joana who slapped her. 

"What now?" 

  "Break that smile already, I'm the one feeling the embarrassment for you! Sigh!" 

Carmen hurriedly straightened her face after hearing her. She then recalled the most important thing for her right now. "Quick! Show me the Red Hermit Termite's eyes!" 

"Alright! Alright! No hurry!" Joana smiled as she slowly opened the Preservation Box. 

Upon seeing the content, Carmen's happiness went into a rage mode as she could not help but jump in joy. 

"Yahoo! With this and the Red Cave Rocks I have obtained earlier, I will be able to complete my new recipe successfully." She chimed happily as she proceeded to hug Joana tightly. 

"New recipe? What do you mean?" Joana could not help but asked. 

Carmen was known throughout the city as the Messy alchemist. She was the one who discovered the Beast Repellent Powder five years ago, allowing the battle at that time to be a little better compared to the previous Beast Tides. 

"A new recipe is a new recipe! Come, I'll show it to you guys!" She confidently declared as she beckoned for the others to follow her. Even inviting Ban and George as well in the process. 

Joana followed her instantly and before Ban and George followed suit.

Ban was curious about the recipe as well as her mentioning the Red Cave Rocks. He guessed that she might be the one who issued the Quest he just completed earlier. 

Sometime later, they arrived at a messy room with a table at its center. There were a lot of glass vials on the tables and a lot of paper with messy handwriting on it. Ban did not observe them carefully and instead focused on the Red Cave Rocks on the table. 

"Where did you obtain this many Red Cave Rocks? Did you go to the Red Termite's dwelling yourself?" Joana was also curious about the stacks of Red Cave Rocks on the table. 

"What? Of course, no! You don't even have the guts to go there yourself even though you're already a Gold Rank Adventurer, where did you come up with the idea that I will go there myself?" Carmen responded with a smile that looks like a smirk.

"Well, this matter is also strange though. After hearing about the possible Beast Tide, I hurriedly issued a gathering quest for the Red Cave Rocks. I was just trying my luck, as you know, it's been years since my recipe for the Beast Repellent Powder went public and almost every Alchemist of the city already knew of its existence."

"I also only provided the last cave I knew that had some Red Cave Rocks on it and I didn't expect that someone would actually accept it and complete it on the same day even. What's more, that person even collected more than 70 pieces of Red Cave Rocks. It really piqued my interest as one could only obtain that amount by going inside the termite's dwellings."

"But what's interesting about it is that I heard that it was the first quest of that person and he or she was still at the mortal rank. I must say that the person did their first quest splendidly and terrifying even. I wonder what that person looked like though." 

"You did not ask for that person's identity?" Joana asked curiously. After all, with her status, it should be easy for her to ask the Adventurers Guild about that person's real identity. 

"I did, but the receptionist was unwilling to reveal it. And she said that I should go to owner Kuys if I'm really curious." 

"Just go then!" Joana said with a smile. 

"Hell no!" Carmen immediately responded with a laugh.
