"Why are you taking so long like this? Is this what it feels like to wait for me when I'm in a coma? I'm afraid you won't wake up again. I'm so scared..." Luna was still sobbing while hugging and kissing Ethan's hand, she looked down and closed her eyes.

"Honey... close the window, I'm cold," Ethan whispered.

"Sorry, I was too excited." Luna immediately let go of her arms with a shy smile, then remembered that Ethan asked her to close the window. "Ah, yes. Sorry for forgetting to close the window, you must be cold."

Ethan just nodded, then Luna immediately got up from the chair and walked to the window. after closing the window, Luna returned to Ethan who didn't even look at her, making her blush.

"I miss you," Ethan whispered as he reached out his hand to touch Luna's smooth face.

"Me too." Luna held Ethan's hand that was on her cheek.

Ethan took a deep breath and then exhaled. He was silent for a moment remembering the events before he was completely unconscious.

"Honey, are you in pain? I'll call the doctor." Luna immediately got up from her seat and walked out of the room to call the doctor. Ethan wanted to prevent it but couldn't because he was still very weak.

Ethan only responded with a nod. The doctor immediately said goodbye to him and Luna.

After the doctor came out, Luna approached Ethan with a cup of tea with a not-too-sweet taste and a spoon.

"Drink first, you must be thirsty," said Luna while blowing the tea, then scooped it up and thrust it into Ethan's mouth.

"Hot?" Luna confirmed.

Ethan just shook his head. Luna returned to feeding Ethan with the tea again, landing a few mouthfuls of Ethan asking to stop.

"How is Edward doing?" asked Ethan. "While I was conscious, I heard gunshots, but I felt like the bullet didn't reach my body anymore. Was he shot?" he continued with great curiosity.

The happy smile at Luna because Ethan had come to his senses slowly faded when Edward's name was mentioned.

"Honey, answer me," Ethan whispered.

"Yes he was shot," answered Luna finally.

Ethan felt uneasy then asked, "but he survived, right?"

"Honey, why are you silent? Answer me." Ethan started to get restless, seeing Luna who was about to cry instead.

Luna grabbed Ethan's hand. "He's dead, honey. Doctors couldn't save him," she said sadly.
