Chapter 833 Proving Enough
Out of nowhere, the pushing force disappeared and Rex could breathe easily again.
Raising his gaze to find out what had happened, it turns out that he was saved by Rancaladra and also Elder Enima that intervenes in the fight when it almost reaches its peak conclusion.
It was then, the Storm Prince rushes forward but was stopped.
Glaring at Rex with still his Storm Moon's kingly energy sizzling around his body like flames, the Storm Prince was unwilling to drop this fight and intends to continue until this abomination in front of him is dead.
But Elder Enima stopped him from advancing forward, putting her hand on his chest.
"Do not try to stop me, that thing must die right now" the Storm Prince said.
Upon hearing this Rancaladra sneered as he looks at the Storm Prince descendingly with his reptilian deep azure eyes, "Werewolf and their anger... control yourself, Storm Prince, he's not here to claim your throne so there's no need to be this excessive"
"It's not harmful to unite for a common goal, Storm Prince" Elder Enima added from the side.
Finding that the two Elders were stopping him from advancing forward despite clearly he was one step away from victory seeing that Rex is still bending his body with blood flowing out of his chest, the Storm Prince gritted his teeth and looks over to the others, "Are you fine with this?! We can kill him now!"
Out of the three others, Elder Noskear is the only one that doesn't agree.
Elder Nolacula and Tilrith don't seem to mind the progression of this eventful night. For them, the Royal Black Prince already proved himself to be strong enough to claim what he asked for from the Supernatural Elders.
"We'll let him have his chance against the Executor, it's not a big deal" Elder Enima said.
But as the Storm Prince is not willing, Elder Enima then leaned closer to his ears and whispered something. It was then, the Storm Prince clenched his jaw before eventually turning his body around and walking away.
Meanwhile, Rex is focusing on dispelling the kingly energy that infiltrates his body.
Although he wanted to look undisturbed by the attack, he couldn't. It was only after he dispel the kingly energy enough that he eventually straighten his back, fixing his eyes on the Supernatural Elders.
"I don't know what the Executor did, but you got a heart" Rancaladra suddenly said.
Even though he didn't reply anything to what Rancaladra said, Rex puts a mental note that out of the Supernatural Elders, Rancaladra and possibly Elder Tilrith are the ones that don't seem to bore too much animosity with him.
Other Supernatural Elders have animosity against him.
While Elder Enima, on the other hand, Rex weirdly enough couldn't read her at all.
Something about the Shapeshifters in general has an innate air of unknown around them. Elder Enima, in particular, has it thick. Rex couldn't sense any emotion coming out of her and thus couldn't assume what she was thinking.
"Now, you've proven enough. We'll let you have a go with the Executor" Elder Enima said.
Upon hearing this, Rex nodded his head as his body is under extreme excruciating pain. Yet his expression is as flat as a board, Rancaladra and Elder Enima don't seem to notice the pain he was feeling right now.
<Warning! The user's condition is critical!>
<Warning...>
Due to that, the System has been consistently showing warning notifications.
But seeing that Rex doesn't have any reaction despite his chest was basically torn open, and bodies riddled with grievous wounds, it secretly surprises Rancaladra and Elder Enima considering the attack from the Storm Prince is enormous.
Of course, technically Rex was saved by Rancaladra and Elder Enima.
Although that being the case, Rex wouldn't actually die here. Just when he realized that he couldn't block the attack even though he puts everything he has into it, he could use the Invincible Item to break free. But it seems there was no need.
Striding closer to Rex, Elder Enima then stopped in front of him, "But Royal Black Prince..."
"We would appreciate it if you don't force your agenda on our people. I don't know what your little tribe's purpose is, but the war is not going anywhere, and our people will keep fighting for the sake of us. Bring that up again, then we'll not hesitate to kill you" she added.
It was obvious that Elder Enima was talking about his declaration earlier.
Just when he arrived at this place, he declared to the legions of Supernaturals that he would protect those who doesn't want to be a part of the war again. One of his reason for being here, and that of course offended the Supernatural Elders.
Rex smiled in response, but he then recognize the form Elder Enima is using.
Even though Elder Enima was supposed to be a Supernatural Elder, Rex finds the female Shapeshifter form that is furry and quite menacing familiar, it was almost as if he has seen her somewhere.
But then, he remembered and decided to ask, "What's the form you took worth?"
"Hmmm...? I'm not following" Elder Enima asks back in confusion.
Pausing for a second to steady his heavy breaths, Rex then explains to make himself clear, "I know that this is not your real form. So I'm asking, what's the worth of this Shapeshifter to you because I want her head"
Upon hearing this, a shift in air happened around Elder Enima.
It seems the Shapeshifter's worth is quite high, and that question offends Elder Enima.
Although that is what Rex thought from the silence that he received from Elder Enima, she then suddenly said, "Sacrifices are needed in the world of the powerful, and if it's only this Shapeshifter, then you can take her"
As he thought earlier, he really couldn't read what Elder Enima is thinking.
'I think I should be very wary of Elder Enima the most out of the Supernatural Elders, I couldn't even see her power because this is not her real form...' Rex thought in his head, secretly troubled by Elder Enima.
Rex already tried scanning Elder Enima with the System, but it failed.
Not that there's nothing to be seen, but the stats information that appeared belonged to the Shapeshifter that Elder Enima is in right now, not her actual body. And that alone makes Rex feel quite uneasy.
"If you want her, then take it. We're going to be busy after this..." Elder Enima instructed.
Upon hearing this Rex nodded his head and cloak his claws with the Executor Slash skill, he then swipe it right at Elder Enima and cuts her head cleanly off. It surprises the other Supernatural Elders but Rancaladra signaled to them that it's okay.
Holding the Shapeshifter's head, he brings it closer to his face.
Just then, Rex realized that the head still seemed alive, and it turns out Elder Enima is still in there. Smiling eerily, she then said meaningfully, "Nice meeting with you, Royal Black Prince..."
As she said that, she then lets go of the female Shapeshifter's body.
In a second, the female Shapeshifter gained back consciousness and started choking since her head is already severed from her body. But that didn't take long as the Shapeshifter immediately died.
Gazing at the head, Rex then puts the head into the inventory.
Fixing his eyes back at the Supernatural Elders that were giving him different looks, Rex then smiled and spreads his arms to the side, "Seems like the Supernatural Elders have some common sense. Please, heed my warning and don't meddle with my affair with the Executor"
Listening to this, the Storm Prince scoffed before he instantly vanishes from his spot.
Elder Nolacula followed alongside Solomon, swallowed by a puddle of blood from underneath their feet, and also disappear from the place. The meeting has to end abruptly thanks to Rex's interference.
As the two disappeared, the legions of Supernaturals also disappeared one by one.
Each of the legions seems to be teleported away through their own respective powers. The once place filled with Supernaturals instantly looks empty without them, thousands of Supernaturals left the place.
"Remember, my offer will always stands for you," Elder Tilrith said with an alluring tone.
Despite the distance between them, her words are capable of inciting the desires of men that even Rex couldn't shake off easily. Elder Tilrith is definitely one of the stronger ones among the Supernatural Elders.
"Visit me anytime, and I'll introduce you to extreme pleasures your body is capable of"
As she said that, her wings burst from her shoulder blades and alongside Saruth, she flew up into the skywards like a demonic meteor and streaked across the broken sky until the two of them disappeared over the horizon, leaving nothing but trails of purple demonic energy.
It was only Rancaladra left, and he was standing near Rex.
Seeing that the others have left, Rancaldra turns his body sideways while still looking at Rex, "Royal Black Prince, you have the pride of a dragon, and I respect that. But even a weary heavenly dragon can still be slain, I want you to remember that"
"Until we meet again..." he added before a pair of scaley big wings sprouted on his back.
Constalletions seems to shine all over the draconic wings in blue light before in the next second, Rancaladra zoomed into the distance, quite fast even with the suppression of the First Breath.
Rex kept standing with a stoic expression, undisturbed as he was all alone now.
He kept standing still on his spot for about two minutes and even expanded his senses to encompass miles and miles away, trying to make sure that there was really nobody around him that is keeping an eye on him.
Finding that there was none, he quickly grunted and fell to his knees, "Argghk..."
Every single enhancement and spell that he was using was deactivated in an instant, the powerful energy that came out of him vanishes without a trace as he pants heavily while looking down at the ground.
Touching his torn chest that even exposes his beating heart, he gritted his teeth.
On top of the fact that it was quite painful, his body feels very weak right now. Even though the Berserker's Curse skill has been deactivated and also the Storm Moon's kingly energy has been dispersed from his body completely, the wounds around his body are simply healing at a very slow rate.
It was snail-slow, and that makes him harder to recover his strength.

Ignoring the notifications from the System as he has something that he needed to do, Rex raises his gaze to look at the Symposium of Upper Divinities in the distance that stands solemnly despite everything that happened.
Rex clenched his jaw strongly and pushes himself off the ground.
"Now that the Supernatural Elders were not here, I need to get there first..." he uttered.
Since he was injured quite heavily due to the moon ability sent by the Storm Prince, it takes him more than half an hour, stopping and stumbling through the Dead Man's Creek to finally reaches the entrance of the Symposium of Upper Divinities.
It was pure dedication as he needs to finish what he needs to do as soon as possible.
Entering the place, he grabs ahold of the edge of the table so as to not fall down to the ground. Blood can be seen smearing the round table as Rex takes a moment to pause to collect himself after the hazardous journey.
Taking five to rest, Rex then shifted his eyes around the place before going to the ground.
Putting his hand on the surface of the cold ground, he then sighs heavily.
"System, scan the entire place and find any hidden place..."
Just as he said that, the System scanned as it was told before there was a subtle glow coming from near the high seat where he sat earlier. Upon seeing this, Rex smiled weakly and nodded his head, "Found it..."
