She was nervous throughout the journey. When the doctor asked her about her reason for taking the shots, she told the doctor the half-truth that they were not ready to have a baby yet when her husband actually was.

Madison provided her credit card to Tinsley for purchasing the tablets so that Kian would not come to know about it.

Tinsley wanted to pay her back which Madi denied of. After buying her tablets for three months straight, they drove back to the town.

Tinsley very carefully made her way inside the bedroom. She heard the shower running in the bathroom so she took that chance to find a secret spot where she could hide the pills.

Tinsley asked, turning around to look at her husband while washing the dishes at the same time.

Once she returned from the brunch, she had been pestering her husband to let her go with Madi and Lana in this mini-vacation.

She had complained about how she was not allowed to go on such kinds of trips since her childhood.

With her parents, there was no chance she could disobey them but she stated that he was not her father and that he was going to understand.

She had played all of her cards so well that there was no room left for Kian to hold her back in any regard.

Madi and Lana had taught her well before dropping her home so she was strictly following to it and hoping that Kian would agree.

"Where are they taking you again??"

Kian asked, not really liking the idea of being home alone without his wife for a damn week.

"In a small island nuware. Common!!! Kian!!! Please!!"

She urged him, staring at him with those eyes that he could never deny her of anything.

Kian groaned out in frustration. There was no way he was going to let go of his wife but the situation where he could win over her cute self was slowly and slowly diminishing.

She stomped on her feet like a child, holding her eyes onto him till he gave into her.

He closed his eyes and sighed. Even though it was horrible torture on his part. He let it happen. He had never seen her asking for anything from him ever since they got married.

He could not offer a proper wedding either a honeymoon, it was the least he could do by allowing her to go on a vacation with her friends after everything that she had been through.

"Fine!!! You can go!!"

And Tinsley jumped onto his bones, squealing in happiness. He almost lost his balance and held onto the kitchen counter to hold both of them steady.

She encircled her arms around his neck, mumbling how much she loved him and littered kisses all over the backside of his neck.

He wrapped his hands around her waist and twirled her in a circle. She giggled, holding tightly onto his shoulder, afraid that they could end up falling hard on the ground.

When he stopped, their eyes got interlocked. She leaned in and planted her lips onto his. They both closed their eyes, savouring each other's lips.

"God only knows how much difficult it will be for me to live without you."

Kian mumbled out, honestly. He had gotten so used to being with her that it was now impossible for him to imagine a world without her.

"I love you, Kian Randall!"

She confessed, peeking into his eyes with so much adoration and love that he felt himself melting in her presence.

It was at that moment, she suddenly felt that guy wrecking pain on her abdomen. She got off from his hold and ran towards the bathroom in their bedroom.

Kian followed after her, worried. Tinsley sat down on the toilet seat, closing the door behind her.

"Tinsley?? Is everything alright?? Open the door!!"

Kian knocked on the door. She looked down and saw the blood. Instead of panicking, she sighed in relief.

After a few seconds later, she opened the door. Kian eyed her with concern, not knowing what had happened in there.

"I m fine!!! It's just periods!"

She said, smiling at him and then walked past him towards the bed to rest for the night.

The news made Kian stand on his spot for a while, trying to process the fact that even after all the unprotected sex they had together, she was still not pregnant.

He did not want to rush her but it also alarmed him that if something was wrong with her or him maybe??

It had been a month or two since that fundraising event and she had gotten all her periods on time.

And he would not lie and say that he was not affected by it. Tinsley called her husband to bed. He turned around to watch her patting his side of the bed asking him to join her.

Which he did in a while after changing into his nightclothes She happily dropped the phone on the nightstand after texting Madi and Lana that she was allowed to go.

Kian got under the duvet. She scooted closer to him and laid on his chest.

"This week we would not have been involved in many activities either so I should go with the girls, right?"

Tinsley answered. Kian nodded. Once, she was done, she walked up to where he was standing and kissed him, cupping his face on her both hands.

"I love you! I will be back at the weekend!"

"Hmm"

He just hummed, eyes fixed on hers. She pecked his lips one more time but the next moment, he held her face and deepened the kiss.

He sucked in her lips, making her legs give up on her. She leaned more onto his body.

There was a kind of urgency the way he was kissing her as if afraid to let her go, lose her.

Kian eyed her and whispered that they were going to resume where they stopped once she would return.

The door opened to reveal an angry Madison and apologising Lana for her girlfriend's behaviour.

Kian helped them in launching Tinsley's luggage in their Audi. After one final goodbye kiss, Madi eventually started the engine.
