"A request?" Valentina asked and George nodded his head.

"And what is that?" Valentina asked.

"Umm... I know, it will be hard for you to make you agree to this..." George answered making Valentina frown at him.

"First tell me... What is it about... It's on me to decide what should I do about this... But first, I want to see what kind of request is this..." Valentina said as she looked at him making George gulp down his saliva in nervousness.

"I don't have all day, uncle George!" Valentina said making George nod his head in yes. 

"Actually, Edward Morgan wants shares in your company..." George said as he sighed and was so ready get shouted on him... But that never came.

George looked up at Valantina and saw her smiling... That mafe him frown.

"Valentina..." George called and Valentina chuckled.

"Why am I not surprised?" Valentina asked making George frown at her.

"Can I ask you something, Uncle George?" Valentina asked.

"Why are you telling me that Edward Morgan wants my company shares? Why can't he directly ask me?" Valentina asked making George sigh.

"Well... As we are close with each other..." Valentina cut off George in mid Sentence.

"We were never close, Uncle George." Valentina replied as she smiled at him and George looked at her for a few seconds before nodding his head.

"You were close to my dad... Not me! I hope you remember that!" Valentina said and George nodded his head.

"I apologise... Yeah... I am your dad's close friends... Not yours." George replied.

"Right! So, tell him that you are not close to me and so, you can't ask me about the shares he wants in my company..." Valentina said making George shook his head.

"Valentina... Please..." George requested.

"Tell him to come to me and ask me about my shares, Uncle George!" Valentina replied.

"But..." George cut off in mid Sentence as he took a deep breath.

"But what, Uncle George?" Valentina aksed making George sigh.

"As he is my family... I wnated to ask you... I know, that you can't give the shares to someone so easily... But... He is ready to do his job as a shareholder in your company!" George said making Valentina Chuckle.

"Did you gave shares of your company to him?" Valentina asked making George frown at her.

"No right?" Valentina asked.

"Why didn't you? Or else, he didn't ask you?" Valentina asked.

"Val... I... He didn't ask my shares... But..." Valentina cut off George in mid Sentence.

"But mine. Right!" Valentina said making George sigh.

"These are shares... And not some play toy to give whoever you wants me too... And between who the hell ar eyou to ask me to give my company shares to him? Who gave you that right to request me?" Valentina asked making George sigh.

"Val..." Valentina cut off George in mid sentence.

"Stop." Valentina said as she sighed and looked at George.

"I don't like Edward and his daughter in the first place... Heck, Not even liking... I hate them both to my core..." Valentina said making George sigh.

"If he so wants ny shares then tell him to come to me and ask me or talk to me about the shares!" Valentina said.

"And keep in mind that you don't at all have nay right from the next time to als me about my company shares... You don't at all have any right... You are just nothing... You were my father's friend... That absolutely true... But after he passed away... You were nothing to us... You didn't at all tried to help any of us... Even when my father's company needs a help... That you can do it... But you didn't at all raised your eye and looked at us... Why?" Valentina asked making George look at some where else...

"Because you are scared thinking that, your company might go bankrupt if you help us, right?" Valentina asked and George didn't say anything.

"How will you think, I will do any kind of help to you when you did nothing to us?" Valentina asked with anger and chuckled.

"You... You were the one who came to my home and somehow made my mom accept to sell the company right? Why did you do that?" Valentina asked angrily.

"Val..." Valentina cut off George in mid Sentence.

"Shut up... I don't want to hear any more lies from your bloody mouth!" Valentina said as she sighed. 

"I am not someone like you who can forget about things so easily..." Valentina said.

"I am someone, how cares about myself, my companies, my people who I wants to be near and you are not at all the one in that... You will never be... Yes, I respect you as my father's best friend but nothing else... And that respect just vanished seeing you ask me the shares of my company for Edward Morgan... The fuck I will give him my shares. He... That bloody bastard isn't capable of getting my company shares... Forget I will even think of giving him..." Valentina said as she chuckled.

"And please... Hope you never ask something like this and made me hate you more..." Valentina said as she looked into George's eyee.

"Hope you understand." Valentina said as she got up from the chair and was about to walk away but stopped as George called him.

"Valentina..." George called making Valantina take a deep breath and she turned back.

"I am sorry... I am sorry for everything I did... I will never do something like that again... I was just scared... Yeah... You know and mostly everyone in this world know me as George who will Never be scared for something so easily... But I am for someone... Who is making my life a living hell... Not only mine... But the one who I love the most in this world... Everything is messed up... I messed it up... I am really sorry... There will again be time where I need to apologise to you but I know that day would be the last day of my life... I guees, the day is not so long to come... Until then, just be happy, sweety." George said as he kept his hand on her head making Valantina frown at her and walked away from their leaving Valentina alone with her shocked face who has no idea what just happened and what did George just talked about! 

Valentina just stood there thinking about what did just happened until Someone shook her shoulders making her come out of her thinking zone.

"Huh?" Valentina asked as she looked up and saw Jason and Tania looking at her worriedly.

"What happened? Is something wrong? Did he told you something?" Jason asked as he saw her thinking about something.

"Umm..." Valentina stuttered.

"What happened, Val? You are scaring us? Is something wrong?" Tania asked as she looked at Valentina who is looking Somewhere else.

"Huh? No... Nothing... Happened!" Valentina answered.

"Are you sure? I do think, there is something though!" Jason said and Valantina look at him with a frown.

"Valentina..." Jason said as he grabbed her hand and made her look up at him.

"You can tell us anything... You know that right? We will always try to take some solution out of anything! So, tell us if there is anything wrong or did he say anything wrong to you? I will go and talk to him..." Valentina cut off Jason as she wrapped her arms around his torso making him frown at her.

Jason looked at Tania and saw her looking at Valantina and then again looked up at Jason who is already staring at her.

Tania looked away seeing Jason looking at her. He sighed and caresses Valentina's hair and kept his other hand under her chin and made her look up at him.

"What happened, Val?" Jason asked this time way so softly.

"Umm... He talked about something..." Valentina said making them both frown.

"What did he say?" Jason asked.

"I don't know... Something like, he regret doing, and sorry and he is sufferings... He blarrer about something... That I am not sure off?" Valentina asked as she looked at Jason.

He sighed and caressed her hair.

"Hey, relax yourself first!" Jason said as he grabbed the glass of water from the table and Made Valentina drank the water. She gulped the water down in one go and sighed.

"Are you okay now?" Jason asked and Valentina sighed and took a deep breaths.

"I am alright now... Don't worry!" Valentina said and Tania nodded her head.

"If you say so... But just leave Whatever he talked about... Just think it as nonsense." Tania said and Jason nodded her head in yes.

"Yeah... You just don't think about this... It will be if you don't... You know that things happen... But we don't at all have any idea with what intention George talked to you! Right?" Jason asked making Valentina take a deep breath.
