Her Husband is My Lover

"It would be good if we don't talk about this anymore." Valentina said and Amelia nodded her head in yes.

"Yeah... I guess so too." Amelia replied and looked at Xavier.

"I am so sorry if I talked anything wrongly... I just you children to be happy no matter what!" Amelia said and Xavier shook his head in no.

"No, Aunt Amelia. Don't be sorry. You are like a mother to me too. I know you just want us to be happy... But you know sometimes circumstances make us like this that we never know or imagined our lives will take too... We gotta accept the life and move on!" Xavier replied and Amelia nodded her head.

"True... Sometimes... Life takes you to somewhere... You never imagined off... It hurts to acceot the circumstances but we can't do anything. We just need to acceot them and move on!" Amelia said with a small smile and Valentina noticed about what Amelia is talking.

Amelia's life was so hard... She couldn't take anything but accepted the way her life and lost her husband in an accident. But... Her daughter... She took over the companies for him... But she was not at all good with Amelia. Amelia has been stayed single for so long without any long but by God grace... Her daughter finally accepted her and they both moved on from the past but still, sometimes the past always hunts Amelia and make her know always that Life is hard to live but she came a long way in her life and that is what she is proud of it. 

Amelia turned towards Valantina as she felt her hand on Amelia's hand.

"Are you alright, mom?" Valentina asked making Amelia smile.

"Yes... I am... Don't worry!" Amelia answered with a bright smile 

"You know what Xavier... I want Valentina to date." Amelia said making Valentina and Xavier eyes wide.

"What?" Valentina and Xavier asked at a time.

"Why are you both shocked?" Amelia asked with a chuckle.

"I... I mean... She told me that she is not interested in relationship... So, I was just shocked!" Xavier answered as he scratched the back of his neck nervously. 

"Ohh... You are not interested in relationships?" Amelia asked and Valantina looked at Xavier and saw him sighing.

"Umm... No... Not now." Valentina answered.

"Ohh... You are already 27... How long do you want to be single? You have amazing guys who wants to date you!" Amelia said.

"Yeah... But... I am not sure about it!" Valentina replied.

"But... You should try some day right?" Amelia asked making Valentina take a deep breath and she nodded her head.

"Yeah... I guess... I should try... Someday!" Valentina answered.

"Yes... That is why. Then how about dating the guy you know? He will take care of you so well... If he knows about you well right?" Amelia asked making Valentina frown.

"A guy who knows me? Well... There are none who knows me actually other than Xavier... We are just good friends... We know about each other a lot." Valentina answered.

"Huh?" Amelia asked making Valentina look at Xavier and he looked at Valentina.

"Um... How about Jason?" Amelia asked making their eyes wide.

"What?" Valentina and Xavier asked at a time.

"Yeah... He said... He likes some girl... But not sure if she likes him back or not... If possible, that girl doesn't like him... Then you can ask him out right?" Amelia asked.

"Mom... I and Jason are just good friends." Valentina answered.

"Good friend can become good partners too!" Amelia replied.

"Are you crazy?" Valentina asked angrily as she got up from the chair and making Amelia look at her with her wide eyes.

"Enough is enough... Please!" Valentina said angrily making Amelia frown.

"Valentina... I just... Want you to get into some good hands... And I thought Jason would be good for that!" Amelia replied.

"I told you... Enough is enough... I don't want to talk about this anymore... He already told you that he likes some other girl... He wants to have a life with her then let him try his best... I don't want you to show interest on us!" Valentina said making Amelia nod her head.

"Jason is so different from my personality... He is way better for me... I don't ever wants to get to him... Just because he has a good heart... Some other girl... Deserves him better than me." Valentina said making Xavier look at her. 

"I don't want to get into any relationship right now... I have my thing going on with me... I wnat to look at them... Way better than showing interest on a relationship." Valentina said and Amelia nodded her head.

"I hoel you understand and doesn't talk about this anymore..." Valentina said and Amelia nodded her head.

Valentina sighed and walked out of the dining room angrily to the upstairs to her room.

She closed her room door with a thug sound and walked towards her bed and laid on it and starter crying her heart out.

"Umm... Aunt Amelia... She is just you know... I am sorry about her... She shouldn't have talked to you like this... I am really so sorry!" Xavier said and Amelia gave him a tight smile.

"No... She is my daughter. She has eveey right to talk to me like that and say to me anything she wants... You don't have to be sorry for what my daughter told me for!" Amelia replied.

"But... You both just got into a good relationship... I really think, Valentina should have controled herself..." Xavier said and Amelie nodded her head in yes.

"I will go talk to her... You don't worry about her... She will be alright..." Xavier said and Amelia nodded her head.

Xavier got up from the chair and walked out of the dinning room.

As soon as Xavier wlaked out of the dining room. A tear falls down from Amelia's eyes.

"I shouldn't have talked about that with her... She really got angry..." Amelia said to herself as she wiped off her tears away from her eyes.
