Her Husband is My Lover

"Alright... Enough talking..." Valentina said as she got up from the couch making Xavier take a deep breath.

"I do think, there is still time for the dinner... So, until then... Why don't we both go to Dad's Art room?" Valentina asked making Xavier frown.

"Me?" Xavier asked and Valentina nodded her head in yes.

"Yes... Come." Valentina answered as she grabbed his wrist.

"Let's go and see how many more wonderful arts are there in his room." Valentina said making Xavier sigh.

"Well... I don't think, that would be good idea." Xavier replied making Valentina frown.

"Why will not it be?" Valentina asked.

"Because, it's his art gallery... It won't be good if anyone who is... I mean... He won't like me to get into his personal space..." Xavier answered making Valentina roll her eyes.

"If you say that then I think, he also won't like me to get into that room." Valentina said making Xavier frown.

"Why won't he? You are his daughter!" Xavier replied making Valentina chuckle.

"You are behaving as if you don't know anything..." Valentina said as her eyes get teary.

"Val... I do think, you should forget about whatever he did with you... He is no more... Still remembering all that will only hurt you!" Xavier replied making Valantina chuckle. 

"Do you think, it's so easy?" Valentina asked and Xavier shook his head in no.

"No... It's not... But you need to try... Right?" Xavier asked making Valantina shrug. 

"I don't think... I will ever forget about what my dad did to me... Well, right now... I do still think that I am living on him... Looking after his companies... That he left off..." Valentina answered and Xavier took her in his arms.

"Val, you should stop thinking about the past... Please..." Xavier said as he cupped her face in his arms and Valentina shook her head in no.

"No... He hated me the most... You know right, how he used to hit me infront of you... When we were in highschool? But as the days goes on... You tried to make him stop... To hit me... But... He wouldn't have listened to anyone and used to hit me more because I am getting a support..." Valentina replied making Xavier take a deep breath.

"I know... I can understand what you went through at that time... But we can't do anything right now... Can we?" Xavier asked as he wiped Valentina's tears away from her eyes.

"We can't..." Valentina answered and Xavier nodded his head.

"Yeah... Nevermind..." Valentina said making Xavier sigh.

He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead. 

"Try to forget about the past... It shouldn't matter anymore... I know, it still hurts but you are moving on... Look, you are getting your mother's love and you are happy with her right now." Valentina said as she nodded her head at him.

"Yeah... I guess." Valentina replied.

"You are already doing so great!" Xavier said.

"You are making your father name proud... I am sure he is so proud of you!" Xavier said as he kissed her forehead.

"Hope so." Valentina replied as she looked at up Xavier.

"Let's go now..." Xavier said and Valentina nodded her head. 

Valentina grabbed the keys from a desk and nodded at Xavier. 

Valentina and Xavier walked toward the door and she opened the door. 

They both walked out of the office closing the door behind her and was about to walk to the art room when a servant stopped them.

"Ms. Jackson... And Mr. Avalanzo. The dinner is about to serve..." The servant said and Valentina looked at Xavier. He nodded her head at her making Valentina turn towards the servant. 

"Alright." Valentina replied and the servent walked away from them.

"Let's have dinner first... Later, then we can go to the art room." Valentina said and Xavier nodded his head.

Xavier and Valentina walked towards the dining room and saw Amelia setting up the table.

"There you are... Come... Let's have our dinner!" Amelia said and Valentina nodded her head with a smile. 

"I misse shaving dinner with Xavier." Amelia said as they all sat down on their chairs.

"Me too, Aunt Amelia." Xavier replied making Amelia smile and the maids started serving them.

"I am sure... You both meet often and have dinners, right?" Amelia asked and Xavier looked at Valentina.

"Of course, Mom... We are best friends... We do often meet and have dinners... As our company has a lot of deals with Avalanzo's... We meet often in Companies too... So, it's normal for us to have lunch and dinners together!" Valentina answered.

"You both are just so good friends. Valentina is so lucky to have such a good friend like Xavier!" Amelia said with a smile making Xavier chuckle.

"No, Aunt Amelia... Actually, I am lucky to have her in my life." Xavier replied looking into Valentina's eyes and Valentina knows what Xavier meat by having her on her life. 

That statement made her smile as she looked at Xavier. 

"Well... I should say... You both are so lucky to have each other in your life." Amelia said making them both smile brightly.

"Yeah, Mom... We are so Lucky to have each other in our lives." Valentina replied with a smile and Xavier nodded his head at them with a smile. 

"So... What was the deal ajout?" Amelia asked.

"Which deal?" Valentina asked making Amelia frown and just then, Valentina relalised trh situation and nodde her head at her.

"Umm... Yeah... Deal right! I remember... Yes, it's the deal about the biggest entertainer... We should sponsor the theme brand for the drama." Valentina said.

"Ohh... Who is the other company?" Amelia asked.

"Well... This time... Only mine." Valentina answered making Amelia frown. 

"But... Every time... There will be 2 companies that you merge with right?" Amelia asked and Xavier nodded his head in yes.

"Yes... Everytime, it's 2 Companies but this time only 1 for the biggest entertainer... I am sure... Valentina can do this... If I am not confident enough then I would hire another too... But I am sure Valentina can do this!" Xavier answered making Amelia smile.
