Almighty Summoner System

Joana followed his hand and she could not help but nod at his choice. 

There's a total of ten weapons displayed on the table and two of them are more outstanding than the others. 

Usually, Rendal would need to get the materials and ingredients himself, but it would be costly for the requestor. As Rendal would need to issue a Material Gathering Quest for it especially if the customer requests a very specific monster part to become the main material. 

However, as Joana runs a shop that buys and sells Beast parts, she didn't need to hassle Rendal any further as she directly provided the materials needed for every weapon she requested. And two of the materials she provided were clearly above the others. 

It was common knowledge that after the E- Elite Rank, there was the D- Master Rank. Upon entering the D- Master Rank, one would also enter the next Realm after the Singular Realm- Multi Realm.

Upon entering the Multi Realm, a Summoner would be able to undergo their second awakening, and hence obtain a second Monster Summon. In fact, they would only be considered as someone at the D- Master Rank if they already summoned their second monster. 

However, there are cases that someone was already at D- Master Rank and yet still haven't acquired their second summon. This kind of people are labeled as those at the Quasi-Multi Realm. 

And just like them, Beasts also has the same format. Usually, only Lord Grade Beast and those royalty amongst their kind are allowed to have their own followers or subordinates. 

However, when a Beast reached the Multi Realm, they would then gain the ability to control one follower, or subordinate regardless of what kind of Beast they are.

And there were also those Quas-Multi Realm Beasts that could not control a subordinate yet, especially those who are born with D- Master Rank strength directly. 

And just like the Summoners, the Quasi-Multi Realm Beast are not a common occurrence. 

The two main materials that Joana provided came from such Beasts. She obtained two of them before and decided to commission them to Rendal to make into weapons. However, due to them only at the Quasi-Multi Realm, their product could only also be at most reach, at Quasi D- Master Rank, the rank between E- ELite and D- Master Rank. 

And just as Joana had expected, Mr. Leon manages to spot and choose one of them successfully. 'As expected  of someone who came from a strong background!'

Although it was costly, she did not think that she lost on this exchange as she thought that her Cat's health was more important than her wealth.

Joana nodded her head towards Mr. Leon or Ban before approaching the weapon he chose. 

She took it from the table and slowly handed it to Ban in utmost care. Ban also received it in much joy. And fortunately, with the Ant Mask's help, he was able to avoid getting busted for getting excited over an 'Elite Rank Weapon'.

"As expected of you, Mr. Leon. This Twin Baton was actually a Quasi D- Master Rank weapon made from the spine of a Quasi-Multi Realm Beast, Rubber Snake. Although it doesn't have any special effects attached to it, it actually has two forms which are the stick form and the whip form. You can switch between the two by just pressing your thumb in this area. Do you want to try it?"

Hearing her, Ban's happiness rocketed even more as he did not expect that he could only not obtain a weapon for free, it was even a weapon that has a high rank. 

He thought that if this continues, he will no longer be able to hide his true emotions. 

He forcefully calmed his excitement and calmly observed the Twin Baton on his hands. 

Once upon a time, Summoners only relied on their summons to fight and defend for them. However, after countless years, they discovered that it was such a foolish act as their enemy could just attack them sneakily to finish the battle in an instant. 

That's why even though it's not really needed, every Summoner always wears protective gears and brings weapons along with them, not to fight the enemy directly but instead to use it to defend themselves when necessary. 

Only a fool would not try to arm and defend themselves when it's their own life that's at stake in every battle. 

The two gray colored Twin Batons rested on Ban's hand as he carefully observed them. They have the same length of one meter and a thickness that easily fits his huge hands. Their weight was also to Ban's satisfaction and he thought that he won't have any problem swinging them around all day long.

It was exquisitely made with a black lines coiling around the body of the two batons. If observed carefully, one could tell that the coiling black lines were actually an engraving of a roaring snake, or more precisely, a Rubber Snake.

He rotated its angle and there he saw the button that Joana mentioned before.. He was also curious about it so he did not linger any longer and pressed the batons two buttons at the same time.

The two batons trembled for a moment before it wriggled like a snake in Ban's hands. After an instant, the batons suddenly jerked before it elongated itself like a rubber. 

From a meter long baton, it now became a two and a half whip that looks like a gray snake with swirling patterns in its body. 

Ban nodded his head silently, feeling satisfied about his new weapon. Ban did not choose the Baton due to its exquisite design and form, and contrary to Joana's guess that he chose it because he already knows that it was one of the Quasi-D Rank weapons Ban actually chose it just because he was familiar with using the Baton as a weapon. After all, it was the weapon that he always used while training with his gramps.

If Joana knew of that fact, her chest would surely tremble due to his luck. 

"It's good!" Ban stated calmly before he pushed the button again to return the two batons to their original form.

Hearing that dry response, Joana could only shake her head as the weapon that she thought was already one of the best, was only 'good' in Mr. Leon's eyes.

"Where's the other Quasi-D Rank weapon?" George suddenly asked after observing the row of weapons for a few minutes and still being unable to see the difference between them. 'Isn't all these just normal items? How do they even determine what rank a weapon is anyway, if for some reason they do not know which Beast it came from?'

"Oh, it's that weapon." Joana smiled and pointed at the weapon at the center of the table.

When George saw it, he could not help but jerk back in surprise as he did not expect that it was that weapon who had the highest rank aside from the Twin Baton on Ban's hands.

Even Ban also did not expect it.

"A-are you sure?" George could not help but asked again.

Joana only smiled and instead of explaining it to him, she took the weapon before declaring confidently, "Want me to try it?"
