“As I mentioned earlier, Mr. Jie merely fainted due to extreme fatigue along with a high fever caused by emotional turbulence. The primary concern was significant blood loss, but timely treatment prevented any serious harm.” The attending physician hurriedly answered.

“Were there no other underlying conditions triggered?” Yao’s gaze darkened, scrutinizing every expression on the doctor’s face.

“Indeed, there were none.”

“This is your payment. Keep your mouth shut. If a word of this leaks out, both of us will pay the price.” Yao casually tossed an envelope onto the table. Seeing the physician nod like a pecking rooster, he finally relaxed and turned to leave.

As long as Mr. Jie doesn’t have other issues, everything should be fine.

“Assistant Yao, what should we do now?” The bodyguard beside him quickly stepped forward as Yao exited the office.

“Go back to the villa and figure out what exactly happened. Also, pass on my order. No one is to speak a word about Mr. Jie’s injury or hospitalization. Anyone who disobeys will deal with the consequences.”
